STATEMENT BY BOSSAR MANAGEMENT REGARDING EVENTS AFFECTING ROVEMA GERMANY
Recently, 2 German operating entities of the Rovema Group (RGPG), Rovema Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH and Hassia-Piltz GmbH, had to file for Chapter 11 as part of a restructuring process.
In name of Bossar – Rovema Iberica S.A., RGPG’s Operation in Spain, we would like to inform you that our operations are not affected by the above mentioned proceeding.
We understand you may have some concerns on this matter, therefore we recommend you to read our CEO’s statement clarifying the current situation at the link below.
These actions were essential and strategic to strengthen the Rovema Group as a leader in packing machine industry, financially sound, a company whose people, technology and customer relationships fulfill customer and market expectation at a worldwide level.
