BOSSAR CELEBRATES THE SUCCES AT INTERPACK WITH MORE THAN ONE THOUSAND VISITORS
The recent participation of Bossar at the Interpack trade show was truly a positive event. More than one thousand one hundred visitors made enquiries at the Bossar booth over the seven day period, delivering what accounts to an outstanding result.
Celebrating its 18th edition and 50th anniversary, the Interpack show took place in Dusseldorf (Germany) from 24 – 30 April, and reported 2,700 exhibitor companies from 58 countries spread out over the 19 halls, as well as a total of 179,000 visitors amongst whom 65% of them are considered to have decision making powers.
Alongside the complete BMK range, Bossar launched two new machine technology applications. The BMK 3300 L STU 3 CV, a model designed to pack mayonnaise (or other liquid or viscous products) into a Stand Up pouch with Corner Valve in Triplex mode for 250 cc of product at up to 165 pouches per minute. And the BMK 2600 L FLT 2 R, specifically prepared for Retort applications for prepared meals and complex pasty products from rollstock capable of running in Duplex format at up to 120 pouches per minute. These two models were the main focus of interest shown by visitors to the booth.
Similarly, it should be noted that there was a high interest from visitors in Bossar’s ASEPTIS aseptic pouch packaging technology. The strong demand for additional information about this technology reinforces Bossar’s confidence regarding the bright future of this revolutionary technology in this sector.
By the close of the show on April 30 Bossar had more than exceeded its expectations, and, under the leadership of Hans Teuscher, the company is confident to convert a significant number of the leads generated at the show into machine orders during the coming months.
