Today, BOSSAR is a company of international reference in the world of packaging. Since 1992 the technical and commercial teams have shown their brilliance for reaching difficult goals as well as a high level of professionalism to be successful within the market.
1993
- Design of the first film pulling system by servo motorized rollers for machines making Doy-pack® pouches.
1994-1995
-Introduction of a flow meter as a liquid filling system as part of the industrial process.
-First company to offer a Duplex Doypack machine (B-2000 STU/D).
-First company to offer a Triplex form fill seal pouch machine to sachets in Triplex.
- Design of the first all in line horizontal form fill and seal machine to pack coffee in a stand-up pouch which, in addition, makes a contour shaped package the same as the original crystal jar.
1996-1998
-Development for Chupa Chups of the first Quattro form fill seal pouch machine (model B 2700 Quattro) for packing 4 lollipops into individual pouches per machine cycle.
-Patented design of the model GMB carrousel system for large pouch formats. A carrousel chain with pouch grippers transports the pouch though several stations without letting go of the pouch.
-Design of the model GMB 4000 PMP 4 for the food and beverage industry, the fastest machine for liquid beverages in pouches. The ability to handle 4 pouches per machine cycle allows the machine to reach outputs up to 14.400 pouches per hour.
-Continued development of the GMB carrousel system with the model GMB 26 STU S to provide capability to handle very large pouch formats up to 3.25 liters volume capacity.
-Launch of model B 2500 STU S Valve for the first form fill seal machine to make Doypack pouches with a fitment inserted in line on the machine.
2000-2005
-Development of model BLV 3000 STU 3, a machine to fill through the fitment, apply a foil liner and screw on a cap at a speed of 150 ppm. This new application is suited to products that are susceptible to oxygen by reducing the pouch headspace to a minimum, and offering ultra clean packaging as well as significant packaging material savings.
-Design of model BCF 2400 D with capability to run water soluble paper using ultrasonic sealing technology.
2006-2007
-Complete renovation of the standard machine range of B models to the modular BMK series. A range of truly modular machines using separate frame modules to build the machine.
2007-2008
-After 2 years of development and a significant investment of more than 2 million euros, BOSSAR starts production of its first aseptic model, the Aseptis A 300, the first form fill seal aseptic machine with inline fitment insertion. |
