STATEMENT BY KLAUS KRAEMER, CEO OF ROVEMA GLOBAL PACKAGING GROUP, LLC
The Rovema Global Packaging Group, LLC headquartered in Atlanta, GA had to file Chapter 11 restructuring process for two of its eleven worldwide operating entities.
Involved in this process are our manufacturing facility in Fernwald and Butzbach, Germany
This was a necessary step since negotiations with various parties came to a deadlock and in order to avoid legal exposures to the officers and shareholders of the company under German Chapter 11 filing law.
Business within the Rovema Group resumes as normal and we expect that the above mentioned process will be resolved within a few weeks.
None of the other operations are affected by this process.
We assure you that this will not affect our operation BOSSAR – Rovema Iberica.S.A. in Barcelona, Spain ,nor any of your current orders in progress or any future orders. Any future or current business operation also remains unaffected.
