BMK 3300
The largest size model of the BMK family is designed to produce STU or flat pouches off reel. The machine features, as an option, pouches with partial or contour shapes.
The BMK 3300 duly customized can also handle and fill pre-made pouches.
The machine can produce pouches designed for consumer convenience such as corner, top or front valve fitments in simplex or duplex version to pack liquids or with a reclosable zipper (simple or double version) to pack solid products. The model can be fitted with a refreshing towelette dispenser in simplex or duplex mode for chemical or cosmetic applications.
The machine can handle and fill pre-made pouches at the customer’s request.
The machine is of robust design with excellent performance features. It can make pouches of up to 2 litres of filling capacity or achieve high production output of 160 pouches per minute, depending on the configuration. The sealing groups are motorised and accessible from the machine PLC for an easy and quick machine changeover.
BMK-3300 TRIPLE
The machine features similar characteristics to the BMK 3300, specifically designed to make STU or flat pouches in triplex version. Designed to achieve high productions up to 210 pouches per minute including corner valve triplex feeder, it can also make contour shaped pouches.
This model is an ideal machine for the single portion dose market.
