Based on the new range of machines BOSSAR BMK, series BR is designed to fill and to seal pre-made pouches, which later can be sterilized.
An exclusive system of own development based on Specific groups of polypropylene laminates’ sealing, with independence of the machine sealing time, autonomous sealing pressure and permanent control of the temperature of fusion, warranties the quality and integrity of sealing whilst resisting the high temperatures of the sterilizer.
In addition, and thanks to the collaboration with our suppliers, at the moment BOSSAR is at readiness to apply this innovating technology to manufacture pouches from film rolls, getting the same benefits as in the case of the pre-made pouches. |
