Quality is a differentiating and identifying characteristic of BOSSAR as a company.
All aspects and details of active projects are conditioned by an ever present demand for a high quality level of professionalism. Whether it be material selection, product design, product assembly, reliability of machine delivery, after sales and above all the daily attention to the customer. There resounds an awareness and attention to quality at all times, whetherit be material selection, product design, product assembly, reliability of machine delivery, after sales and, above all, the daily attention to customer.
There are two key factors to help us achieve our quality goals:
- An INTEGRATED PROJECT PLANNING process which encompasses the whole product manufacturing process. This provides a global overview of the work in progress so that we can best manage the available resources and also allows us to pre-empt and rectify any stumbling blocks so that we are able to fulfil the commitments made with our customer.
- A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT process, aimed at identifying areas for improvement within the company as well as to find and implement a solution for each case. All the company professionals at all levels contribute to this with suggestions for improvement whether it be product related or an internal procedural issue. |
