BOSSAR, an international company
The international arena has always been a fundamental vocation for BOSSAR. The first machine sales were to established customers in across the globe countries such as Singapore, Honduras and, closer to home, Germany. Since we founded the company in 1992, exports have represented more than 90% of our business.
BOSSAR was also a pioneer within its sector in being the first company to create an overseas presence via an infrastructure of sales offices and subsidiary companies in strategic global markets.
Today we have a direct presence in four continents with employees and key resources
-BOSSAR LATINOAMERICA with its main office in Chile (1997)
-BOSSAR USA with its main office in Florida (1998)
-BOSSAR China Representative Office with its main office in Beijing (1999)
-BOSSAR Packaging Machines PTE Ltd with its main office in Singapore (2001)
These subsidiaries offer mainly commercial and technical services, with the ability to store and distribute spare parts. We are therefore able to provide a higher level of service with a closer and more personalized response to our local customer needs. Being closer to our customers allows us to better understand our business across thousands of kilometres as well as manage cross-cultural relationships which portray us as a ´local´ manufacturer and deserving partner to our far reaching customers. We are convinced of the importance of a quality service worldwide as an integral part to the quality of our machine product.
Over the years, BOSSAR has installed more than 1500 machines throughout 90 countries worldwide thanks to 120 employees representing 12 different nationalities. Our customers very much value and appreciate this personalized approach. |
